This used the name Ritz, but it's not the Ritz Carlton. They would not put their name on this place. The staff was not very helpful, the accomodations were subpar and I left a bottle of pills in my room and came back 30 minutes later and they magically "disappeared".

Excellent view with equally excellent service. A few things can be improved: 1. The door to the balcony didn't close properly. 2. The air conditioning is either too cold or too hot at this time of the year (March). 3. Hand sanitizer would be nice, especially when the water at the tap tends to be iffy.

Ivan at check in was rude & not welcoming at all. Very few staff was nice and helpful. Food was ok. The whole building needs renovation. I would never return to stay at this place.

Great place to stay, enjoy and relax!

The room was a great size but it was a bit dirty. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a galleria right across the street with good shopping stores and food court.

Room has no towels. Rooms has cockroaches so changed the room but other room bed was pathetic and room has bad smell. I will give 3 out of 10 for this property.
