Convenient location. Very close to Cologne Cathedral.

Alle gebotenen Anforderungen wurden erfüllt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und angemessen geräumig. Das Bett komfortabel und das Frühstück sogar richtig gut. Im ganzen Haus fehlt aber Atmosphäre und die Einrichtung war - so könnte man meinen - noch aus den Anfangszeiten des Hotels.

Excellent, helpful reception staff

Excellent! Very convenient location. In one direction is the river altstadt and cathedral. In the other is the park ring and the varios neighborhoods. Short walk to the main shopping streets and the Neumarkt trams stops. Excellent views from my room. Large bed big windows tv. Everything was great. Will do again.

Loved the Pullman in Cologne. Amazing location, huge rooms, fabulous breakfast buffet.

Customer service needs some work. I found somebody's hair on my bed on day one. I told two different reception staff members but nothing happened. My complaint fell on deaf ears. Don't think they were that bothered. Definitely not the quality you expect from Pullman. I gave this hotel a second chance after staying through Carnival but will be looking at other options in the future.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially compared to others of the same rating. When I arrived one of the bath towels was dirty and the room as a whole felt old and in disrepair. The shower head was constantly dripping, no matter what I tried. The internet speed was incredibly slow (1-2 Mbps!) even though wifi reception was good, to the point that I couldn't really do anything. It felt like dial-up. Also, the quality of the towels was very poor, I had white fluff everywhere! Lower quality than others The lobby and facilities in general were quite nice though. The fondant au chocolat was great, and the gym equipment was pretty good by hotel standards (treadmills, rowing machine, weights, swiss ball, etc.). The sauna area was also clean and nice, although the sauna itself was a little cold. The hotel staff were also very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the quality of the stay is determined by the room experience, and that fell very short.

My family stayed at the Pullman in Cologne. We had several rooms. On the day we were checking out, one of my family members who was staying in a separate room had a medical emergency and needed to go to the hospital. We notified numerous hotel staff and called for an ambulance. This family member had a birthday card with several hundred dollars in it in her room. The card was accidentally left in the room and we did not realize until days later. It was found by hotel staff and instead of giving it to the receptionist to contact us, it was kept by the staff member.

Very clean, great shower & comfortable bed. Our room was a bit tired looking but that didn't affect our stay. Lovely hotel with friendly staff & ideally situated. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel! Room was huge and clean, bed was comfortable and also really big Had a lovely view of the cathedral, and the hotel was in a good location - would recommend!

Overall great comfortable stay. Would of been nice to have a bit more storage space such as a bedside drawer and a towel rail, but these are only minor. Slight imperfections around the room, but again minor. Restaurant was quiet but the food was good and quite prompt. Breakfast was also nice with a wide variety. Staff were helpful when needed and were very accommodating with our bags when we went out to explore before check in and after check out. Overall it was great, maybe just add those little touches to the room, it would be excellent. Anyways you can't be mad with the cathedral views from your room!

Very nice stay. Close enough to everything but still set back in safe neighborhood.

I have never stayed in a hotel where the manager has said to me “it’s not my problem “ the air conditioning did not work . I was told the hotel was in winter mode and to open my window. I would not recommend this hotel at all

The hotel, its location, the rooms, and the breakfast were all good. However, when I checked in around 12:30, the receptionist, whose name starts with 'M,' was very rude. She didn’t even bother checking if a room was available early. Without saying hello or greeting me, she simply said, 'Check-in time is at 15:00.' The way she treated me was very impolite.

Location was good
