Our room was heavily scented, like they were trying to cover up a smell. We asked to move rooms but unfortunately they were sold out for volleyball weekend so they provided us with a fan.

Smell all over corridors and smelly room. Informed front desk but no action.

Staff, I think her name is Jasmine,She work at the front desk very rude. I can’t imagine how She work as a front desk if she can’t work her job nice.

Staff was courteous as always and helpful when needed. The room was quite dusty, the bed, picture and mirror ledges needed a wipe. Our stay was quite noist this time bur you cant control unruly guest with no reapect for others. The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed during our stay.

Room was not clean upon arrival - hair in shower, tub was not visibly clean.The bathroom fan did not work, toilet did not work/was leaking/running, shower head was hanging out of wall. Could hear others guests arguing down the hallway.

I think Expedia does a great job with their site , it’s easy to use , shows all the rooms and lists all the amenities. Then when you get there they give you the room beside the elevator then have housekeeping knock on the door at 10am to ask if you’re checking out.

Bank machine out of service, had to go to 7 eleven to get cash for coin washing machine.

The bed was good , the pillows were like couch cushions A lot of rooms booked with Expedia , they put you right at the elevator. They should use those rooms as pop machine, vending, exercise, laundry , storage etc.

Great service as usual, room was very clean and spacious, bathroom was nice and clean. We had a great stay and the main why this is our usual place to stay when visiting Edmonton

Breakfast wasnt provided

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. The parking lot had some garbage thrown around in several areas. There was a constant presence of many people hanging out in the lobby making it feel like more of a hangout place than a lobby. Overall I was not impressed and would likely avoid coming back there.
