I can’t believe this place is rated a four star. It was no more than a two. It needs to be updated tremendously. I couldn’t wait to leave, the room felt so gross. The staff was not accommodating at all. Sadly This is where I spent New Year’s Eve.

Location and breakfast

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The main floor is very clean, services were very good. However the rooms had a moldy smell and you could see the mold on the wall.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room had a peculiar smell, and the noise from the street wakes you up. Location is great.

Staff was over the top helpful. Room clean. Breakfast buffet was well stocked abd very fresh. Staff alliwed a 9 am check-in!!

Customer service was good. Rochelle and other staffers were very helpful in giving us directions. We ate breakfast at a close by cafe, but the breakfast offered at the hotel was way too expensive. It should have been included as part of the price, as it is at most other hotels, or be more reasonably priced..; It was clean and quiet. No other issues.

Had a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Our room was cleaned and beds made every morninh whilst we were at breakfast, which was wonderful. The hotel is on the doorstep of some amazing authentic restaurants and night life, but the room is still quiet for a good night's sleep.

Our flight to Barcelona was cancelled 30 minutes before the flight so we did not get to stay in the hotel and it was too late to cancel for a refund. How do you think I feel about the whole experience?

The staff was great and very helpful. Located close to Las Ramblas, but the neighborhood was not clean. The room was clean but there were holes in the laminate floors and the corridor walls and the couch was in poor shape.
