LOVED the breakfast. It had a vegetable tray with hummus and pita. Prepared oranges and fruit salad. I asked for plain yogourt and they immediately brought me a bowl and there was good granola and pumpkin seeds. Very happily surprised. That hotel always felt super clean and well built, to minimize noise. But since my last visit, it has degraded a bit at least in our room. The curtains, of excellent quality, did not completely close, and the lining a little dirty (or possible sun faded). The mattress was close to the end of its life, but slept very well. The room was spotless in terms of cleanliness. And even though there were groups of youth on our floor a bit loud, by 10 all was quiet. The room temperature was a little hot (room was sun facing) and the thermostat did not seem to change anything.

Overall a decent hotel, and grateful for a kitchen due to traveling with celiac. Bed was comfy and pull out wasn't too bad, pillows were not great however. The TVs were outdated and didn't allow streaming using my accounts so this was very disappointing. Breakfast was good, although my husband tried more than me due to being gluten free.

The staff at the front desk were excellent and they were efficient. The staff attending to the breakfast buffet were unbelievable and couldn't be more polite.

The staff, specially the Housekeeping and Kitchen, are nice and friendly.

Cons: No parking (they may open the garage door for you but there won’t be any spaces), no pancakes for breakfast :( . Loud. Sauna isn’t very hot. Hot tub and sauna do not appear to be accessible as you have to walk up flights of a back stair well. If it is accessible by elevator it isn’t marked well. Front desk called in the middle of the night while I was sleeping to mention that they put me in the wrong room. Pros: location?

The location is the best part. Clean room , good staff. My only complaint is the place could use an update, feels a little dated.

Hotel was fine. Location is great. The hotel doesn’t have USB port charging stations, so make sure you take a power block to charge your devices. Breakfast was great.

Clean spacious rooms. Easy check-in and a convenient location. Continental breakfast was alright too.
