One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in! Bed and pillows were super comfortable and we both had the best sleep we've had in a while. Bathroom and room were spotless, one cup keurig with coffee/tea options in the room were a nice touch. A/C worked great. Maybe it's because we stayed on Wednesday, but it was so quiet! No slamming doors and people talking loud in the hallway at 6am! Went down to breakfast just before 9am and the food was still fresh and hot. And they had an ice maker with ice next to the juice dispenser! A few restaurant options within walking distance too, which we'll be checking out next time we stay here! Definitely coming back

Beautiful updated motel. BUT we arrived to an "aloof" reception from the clerk, despite the fact that I requested a room on the first floor. I was told that expedia customers get whatever is left over even though I went and got my handicap window display. The toilet paper so thin and rough even the homeless people didn't want it. There is only one ice machine, hidden in a small room with the laundry machine. The clerk on duty made 3 elderly, handicapped couples climb 16 stairs with their luggage to their upstairs room. The "continental" breakfast consisted of cold wet "egg mush", barely warm potato chunks and a waterlogged, uncooked sausage pattie with powdered orange or apple juice. I will not be going back to this motel.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn on Regent Street in Sudbury for one night... July 20, 2025. The room was neat and clean with a small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator (very common with two-storey hotels it seems) so not great for people if they have mobility issues. We, unfortunately, had a noisy family in the next room that kept going until past midnight. This is not a reflection on the hotel. We didn't complain to management but we may have if it had continued into the late night. Overall, a very nice hotel and we would stay again if we are in the area.

The front desk staff was amazing and check in was great. Room was not cleaned well enough... Corners and under the beds were not cleaned, curtains had stains and slidding glass door tracks were very dirty. The rooms need a good deep clean and the floors could use more TLC The beds are very comfortable.

The room was nice and newly renovated but the air conditioner was very old and the patio door opened to a picnic area for smoking
