Beautiful updated motel. BUT we arrived to an "aloof" reception from the clerk, despite the fact that I requested a room on the first floor. I was told that expedia customers get whatever is left over even though I went and got my handicap window display. The toilet paper so thin and rough even the homeless people didn't want it.
There is only one ice machine, hidden in a small room with the laundry machine. The clerk on duty made 3 elderly, handicapped couples climb 16 stairs with their luggage to their upstairs room. The "continental" breakfast consisted of cold wet "egg mush", barely warm potato chunks and a waterlogged, uncooked sausage pattie with powdered orange or apple juice. I will not be going back to this motel.
