As expected been here before and clean room

Excellent rooms and staffs, convenient location and clean washrooms.

Hotel has no elevators. One of our travellers had disability and we weren't assigned rooms on ground floor. Our disabled traveller was unable to haul luggage upstairs. On check-in, male receptionist was agreeable and helped with the luggage. But on check-out the then different attending receptionist refused to help bring the luggage down, saying it's not his job. He also said the check-in receptionist should not have helped us. Eventually he did help bring down some luggage, but grudgingly so. Will not stay in this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel.

Room very clean, bathroom is in excellent condition but room feels old with carpet and furniture. Overall, it’s better than le navigateur

Easy access to the property rooms are clean

Huge and comfy bed. We were travelling with a dog and they were very accommodating. Nice shower and hot breakfast in the morning.

We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a bit dated, two floors and no elevator, but it was very clean, the room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was standard but fine and the hotel was in a good location.

Room had somebody’s panties left in the bathroom, by the hairdryer. One pillow had no case on it, almost like housekeeping had forgot the last one. Breakfast room so cramped and hot (table dirty, not wiped down) that we left to eat at Tim Hortons, despite breakfast free at the hotel. Room was 16 degrees when I got there. Awful experience.

Very nice place to stay. Close to everything. The dining room is a little small for the number of people.

Good location for our needs.

Couldn’t find how to turn off the a/c without unplugging the cable. Loved the access to the electric cord to recharge the car.

Ummm no elevator? Got there at 230pm. Place was a ghost town. Only 2 cars in the entire parking lot. Two employees at the front. Was told they didn't have a room ready abs head to come back at 4pm. Rooms are very outdated and in disarray. Way over priced for what you ate getting. One room, double occupancy over $300 total. .
