Great location and terrific breakfast.

Location is perfect

We had a suite and it was perfect for our stay in Regensburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was close to the train station and all the things we wanted to see

my room had a constant whirring all night long.The tv wasnt tuned in so I couldnt use that. Could have done with tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel was centrally located and downstairs was very grand. It is a very lovely hotel but my particular room was not great.

We liked the room. Unfortunately, there was traffic both nights 11:00-11:45pm blowing their horns nonstop.

Great hotel within 3 minutes of train station.

This was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. I had three poor nights of sleep and now have a sore neck and back. In addition, the carpet in the third floor hallway is a tripping hazard. During breakfast one morning, the chef was arguing with her juice machine suppliers, and standing in the way of customers. I feel this meeting should have happened after service or somewhere else.

Spacious and well equipped suite, healthy breakfast, proximity to the palace park and the old town. Underground parking at the property.

Our stay was during a very warm time. There is no AC, only a fan. Our room was sweltering. Ridiculously hot. We had to keep our windows wide open and direct the fans to blow in the cooler night air. SO hot. The beds were also quite hard and uncomfortable. The staff was nice, but if you can't sleep well in a hotel, what's the point?

Charming old hotel right beside the old town that has beautiful buildings and streets and alleys. Lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy along the way and old churches.

Very conveniently located hotel, magnificent hall for breakfast!

This is an old hotel that has had some upgrades recently I believe. The staff were really nice and the rooms were clean, with nice toiletries. The lobby is comfortable with a coffee machine and tea available. You can keep your bike in a room in the underground car park. Centrally located for the city centre. The park it's next to is a bit grim (not the hotel's fault but worth knowing if you walk there at night). It lost a star for one reason - the WiFi. It was really unreliable and I had to rely on my data. This is something that should be looked into - perhaps it's just certain rooms? - as in 2025 the WiFi needs to be reliable.

The hotel is a local landmark, in prime location, close to the railway station and the historic Altstadt. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with large, renovated bathroom and separate toilet. Towels were exchanged daily and the room was spotless. In summer, the lack of AC may be a problem. Lobby is spacious with comfortable armchairs.

A beautiful upscale hotel, managed by Eurostars near the Regensburg train station and the inner city. Cathedral (Dom) is nearby, my double room was beautiful, high ceilings, seating, large bed, TV with international channels, bathroom was modern, shower excellent same like the red pomegranate amenities, they smell so nice, loved the huge bed, the public areas are magnificent too, breakfast is wonderful, easy going and very tasty. When visiting Regensburg I personally recommend the Eurostars Park Hotel Maximilian wholeheartedly. Hopefully I will be staying again in the future too. Staff had been delightful and wonderful at the same time. Thank you.

I pay for most expensive room And sleeping in totally different room and cancel my booking because not possible to stay in this room

This was a beautiful hotel. Perfect walking distance from the train. Staff so friendly & helpful. Clean & beautiful. Would definitely stay again!
