This is a delightful little gem, perfect for families. The property has a great restaurant, a wonderful buffet breakfast, and superb pool, hot tubs, and saunas. I also has wonderful entertainment possibilities, with ping pong, pool table, and even a little bowling alley.

Excellent warm welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Eco consideration poor. Heating could be turned down particularly in bedrooms. As usual no sink plugs, hence large water wastage.

Was there for work hoping the amenities would make for a nice after hours diversion. The restaurant refused a la carte service despite it being advertised, which meant grabbing an extremely expensive hot dog instead of a normal dinner. Bowling cost 34 euros, which was the most expensive game of bowling ever. The pool facilities are nice BUT they are open to the public and there were at least 4 times the number of people from outside the hotel coming in for classes and such, which meant it was not relaxing and hot tubs etc. were always crowded. This seems to be a very popular stop for busloads of senior tours. Breakfast was the same buffet as any Scandic I've stayed at in Finland. Overall, I would stay at a more modern hotel downtown next time I am working in Jyväskylä.

I often arrive very late, but they are always welcoming and ready for me so I can get straight to sleep!

First our room had quite a bad view but at the reception they were kind to change it to one with the famous lake view, much appreciated! Over-all, very nice service and beautiful location.

Nice place overall, lots of parking, dog-friendly and lots of nature paths around while being just minutes outside of the city. Good restaurant, pools / sauna are great! The only downside was no AC in the room, made for a hot night.

Nostalgic, 1970s likeness but with modern outfit

The front desk employees were very helpful and able to upgrade to a fantastic room when the first room wasn't clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had ordered a Superior room and at best I would compare it to a cheap motel room. They did upgrade us the next day to a bigger room but the same poorly equipped bathroom. No fphone in the room and no A/C. They did provide a fan??

Stayed here on business so didn’t use the Spa, but hotel was comfortable, had all night reception which is very useful, and great breakfast.

It is a very large hotel, the spa is amazing. Multiple types of pools and saunas. Unfortunately, there were some renovations being done, so we didn’t get to enjoy it all. I would definitely stay there again,I’d give myself more time to spend in the spa area.

Our family loved this hotel! A big room, enough for two adults and two kids. Also plenty of space for our suitcases. Nice staff at the reception, a small gift for the kids. Great breakfast buffe. The kids loved the inside pool area. We will definitely return!

Too old! Too hot! No Airco! Very expensive to eat in! Was given a room with 4 single bed while i was alone! Hotel is in middle of no where
