Environment. Room too cold

I've stayed in the Sevilla Palace dozens of times over the years and it is definitely decent value for your money. I also like the 1970's style of the building super cool. The location is also solid for meetings on Reforma. That said, the place is definitely dated. It's clean and well maintained, but it's impossible to get around the fact that it was last updated a long time ago and stuff is starting to be in bad repair. I'd also update the gym; it's a time capsule of the 1980s. That said, I would (and will) stay here again, no problem. It's just not in my top 5 for Mexico City, and years ago it used to be one of my go-to hotels.

The shower door does not keep water inside. Bathroom floor gets flooded.

My second stay here back to back at this property. Love it here. Great looking Hotel inside and out. Amazing places to eat all around and near by. I will return.

Considero que podrían mejorar la calidad de los colchones y sus bases ya que son ruidosos y se mueven mucho, asimismo el mantenimiento de su grifería deja mucho que desear

Open the pool bar at twice a week. Better pillows, they are very lumpy and not comfortable. USB and usb-c ports in the rooms. The curtains actually close and keep the room in darkness! That is rare! Good, clean rooms. Very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Hector-bellhop, was excellent. Breakfast was very good. We will return. Thank you!

This place is perfect! In the heart of the city close to everything, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and beds comfortable. Amazing! Will be coming back!

My room ugly all-around

The hotel is in a great location. However, the hotel is old and needs a renovation (specially the bathrooms). If you don't want to spend money on the hotel but want a great location I would recommend staying here.

Everything was great. I usually stay here when I visit CDMX.

Hotel was very clean the staff working there was always willing to help with anything that guests might need.

We stayed five nights and loved it. Great location and easy to walk to all surrounding areas (Roma, etc). We will stay here again.
