I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel service I've ever experienced.
My room was freezing (it was below freezing outside) when I got in and I realized the heater was broken. They told me they'd fix it and had me waiting until 3AM. They never fixed it, stopped responded to phone calls, and didn't have anyone at the front desk to help for the rest of the night. I tried to sleep in a freezing cold room.
The next morning they were disrespectful, passive aggressive, and never apologized. They made it very clear they were not there to help.
