Front desk service is excellent. Especially the lady working there, Livia, was professional, nice, friendly, and patient. she made guests really want to come back!

Amazing staff, especially Nina at the front desk. Our room was clean - just a tad outdated, but the bed was oh so comfortable. Loved the lobby bar! Great vibes. Will absolutely stay again.

We had an exceptionally wonderful stay at the Renaissance São Paulo! The staff was kind and attentive, and even made extra accommodations for us. The hotel is beautiful and the food was amazing. I plan to come to São Paulo more frequently and will always stay at the Renaissance!

Cosmopolitan hotel near older financial center of São Paulo. Despite Paulista Avenue is not considered the financial hub anymore (Faria Lima is the area where white collars work), the area is still of cultural interest and linked with metro and full dining options around. The hotel is gay friendly and the gym is very nice. The breakfast is also great. Full of international travellers.

My stay was perfect. The front desk try to do everything to please you. We were greeted with a glass of champagne, which was very impressive. Santiago on the front desk was amazing all the way around. I would stay here again on my next trip to SP.

Wow! Customer service 10 diamonds. The staff namely Danille was so welcoming and helpful omg. The hotel is stunning!!!! The breakfast room amazing lots of light and plants imagine a real honeycomb drizzling honey over fruits. Romance novel type stuff. I underestimated how cold the breakfast area was and the hotess a lovely warm and friendly young lady offered me a shawl. This was Customer service at a whole other level and weve stayed at the 4 seasons and ritz etc. The food was amazing we did the lounge package the welcome reception food is very good. The only downside to that was there is nothing from 11am to 530 just candy and soda. Our room was nice. The view blah. But this hotel is excellent.

Everything was amazing!

I expected much more for the money. The spa was under construction and during check-in I was not given the necessary information or even told that. I found some friendly and informative staff members but the professional ism was not consistent.

Fantastic hotel

This is the only hotel doesn’t provide free water hotel that we ever been, especially this is a 4 stars hotel! There is a sushi bar in the lobby. It took a hour for us waiting a sushi dish.
