Room was nice and clean. Breakfast room spotless. Had booked online for 3 nights. Went there to visit a friend in hospital. Friend ended up getting transferred to hospice 4 hours away from Owen Sound so I ended leaving after 2 nights Tried to cancel the last night at the front desk but was told unable as it was done online through Expedia

The exterior of the hotel was under renovation so the window in my room was completely covered with the grey film. The interior needs updating just as much as the outside. Old carpet in hallways and in the room. Ancient/gross sofa in room. Bathroom was clean though and the bed was clean and comfy.

From the very first step into my unit, I could smell the unit moldy, and the couch and the chair were dirty. Absolutely no control over the noise from adjacent units. Breakfast is ok, but I can't say anything good more about this stay.

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly.
