Ive had to wait 15 to 20.minutes to get checked in. Not very happy with that

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel was neat and clean, and we liked that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited on the top floor where we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. One thing that could be improved is the lime water at the entrance. It didn’t look very hygienic and had some black stuff in it, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, the experience was good.

The motel was in excellent shape after renovations and the room was reconfigured beautifully. Staff was cordial and helpful. TV programming requires a new provider as the current system is awful at best. Channels didn't match the menu and there was no way of identifying what show was on. This was the only negative for TV viewers.

The staff were unbelievable!! Each of them so friendly, compassionate, and hard working!! This was a medical stay for us and they were so helpful and caring to us. The breakfast blew my mind! On a cold winter morning it was exactly what i needed! We also traveled with our 6 month old pup for the first time and his experience was super fantastic! I love that there is no carpeting in the room, the ground floor outter door to make in and out for pee breaks a breeze, and the other dogs he had a chance to socialize with also staying there. Lots of space to walk for a pee break too and a 24 hr animal hospital right beside in case you ever need it. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Worth every penny and then some!!
