What a nice hotel! Stopped there for the night on my way to Montreal from PEI. The room was spotlessly clean and had been recently renovated. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Great coffee available 24/7 and the free breakfast was top class! Will definitely return there and recommend to my friends.

Le petit déjeuner inclus c'est bien mais la période pour le consommer est trop courte. Malheureusement pas de service en français sans cet hôtel.

Like our stay here a week ago, the front desk staff like to use the sign "Back soon". Like our stay a week ago, half of the TV channels went off the air and didn't come back. The water tap in the bathroom sink was faulty and sprayed water all over the sink and the person at the sink. Excellent breakfast.

On checkin, I was given a key to my room and advised that I could then unlock the outside door to bring in my luggage. I found the inside door open and the outside door unlocked. I was watching FIFA soccer on TV and the entire TV system went down and stayed down. The front desk staff too frequently had a sign "Back soon".

Only complaints we had were the outdated television apps (very limited basic cable to watch) and how room was advertised on Expedia; some rooms were clearly labeled as being on the second floor as there is no elevator on site, so we booked one that did not specify being on the upper floor and that's where we landed. It made unloading slightly cumbersome but it was a minor setback. The bathtub had a few hairs in it, otherwise the room seemed to be very well kept and was spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioner seemed slightly outdated as it didn't quite cool the room as we would have expected. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety to choose from (selection of bread products, fresh pancakes, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, selection of cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and juice/coffee/tea). Aside from minor things mentioned, we enjoyed our stay and found the value very reasonable and were happy to find a hotel that welcomes pets to stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and fresh. Property was well maintained and the breakfast was as expected. I would stay at this property again for sure.

We love the location. The parking was easy, we had 2 cars and we found parking for both cars every night for 5 nights. Love that the room has a mini fridge for drinks or snacks. Unfortunately the TV did not work most of the time. I address the issue with reception, they were aware and said they were having problems with connections. Probably because they seem to be doing a lot of renovation around the hotel. My main issue is the timing of the breakfast. During the week it's only until 9:00am and on the weekend only until 10:00am. When we're on vacation I would really appreciate at least until 10:00am during the week and 11:00am on the weekend. I don't understand why they have to close it so early. It was a very good continental breakfast but we need to get up very early just to be able to eat it.
