Easy parking and check in

Rooms were small but very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and restaurant on site was great for breakfast. Delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance of hotel.

Parking was easy, staff was friendly. Beds are comfortable though I found the room cold. Attached restaurant was reasonably priced with an extensive menu, friendly staff and good food.

This has a very convenient location, close to shopping, QEW, restaurant on premises. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable with very soft sheets. Staff were friendly and welcoming. This is our second time staying here for the location.

The staff member Ms Mini was extremely helpful and kind, offering thoughtful suggestions on places to visit in Niagara Falls & St. Catherine. And The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the Premium Outlet Mall & others.

The room is tidy and cozy. The restaurant is great. We and our dog enjoyed the night staying here.

Clean, comfy and pet friendly. I was only disappointed because I didn’t realize not all Comfort Inns offer breakfast with the stay…there is a restaurant on site here so that is reasonable but as a pet owner I have always looked forward to being able to grab breakfast and take it back to my room.

There was a $300 deposit requirement and they would not accept Apple Pay. I had to trek across town to my bank to withdraw cash.
