Comfortable bed and great temperature level. Some rooms have such a loud heater/cooler.

Very pleased with the room, especially the bathroom with a walk in shower.

It was nice. The room was big and clean

The one whole section of the room had no power. The front desk came to look at it becasue maintenance couldnt fix it. I have a disability where i needed to be on the first floor as I walk with a cane and they have no elevators in this hotel. They said they could see if we could move to a different room but at that point we were settled and didnt want to move because I couldnt do stairs. They also couldnt reinbusement off the bill either because I had paid with Expedia. The most they could do was take off 25$ i paid extra for the room because i paid that at the hotel. We are also choice privilege members so I certainly wasnt inpressed. He said he could do something for us if we hadnt booked with expedia. Lesson learned dont book with expedia in case there is an issue at all with the room.

Hotel was great, staff were amazing. Hotel itself was very clean and well kept but it is older and a little outdated. Breakfast buffet was very good.

I thought the price for the room was misleading , I picked a pet friendly room check marked I would b bringing my dog paid and the invoice said final quote everything paid . But when I got to hotel they added over 50$ for 2 nights . Not too happy about that As well if u have back issues u will wake up crippled as they r like sleeping on concrete

Staff were really kind and accommodating. They were able to give us a little bit of an early check in which was appreciated! The rooms was clean, beds were super comfy, and room was extra dark with the curtains closed. We didn't get to explore any of the amenities but we did grab some of the free breakfast before we left and it was delicious with lots of options! Very happy with this hotel.

Easy access and close to CT Centre, clean rooms and staff are very friendly and helpfull especially Wilson at the front desk.

Cleanand quiet room .

The hotel is solid. It is more of a motorlodge than a hotel. It is in an odd location in a housing division. my room was fine. I did have an odd experience, during the check in process i was given a room on the second floor, when I said that I had a big suitcase to load in and requested a first floor room i was told that it would cost $25 for the change, which seemed like a blatant cash grab and a bummer
