Left something in my room and when I called a few days later they didn’t have it so house cleaning threw it out or kept it

No hot water and ZERO offer of compensation. I stay at hotels for a comfy bed and a hot shower, they should have offered a partial refund or future voucher.

Great clean hotel and free parking. Breakfast is average it would be nice to have waffle/pancake option or even scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon. The rooms were a good size. Recycling options in the room should be implemented to decrease waste.

The hotel was a nice and cozy. It is in a non-busy area of Toronto but still driving distance within other areas. The place was not so bad.

Staff was excellent .Breakfast regular .not many options to choose.Room was clean .We didn’t have any pets.

If I ever stay in the area again I will pick this property every time. Staff were very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel. Everything was exceptionally well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms. —they were spotless and very comfortable, making the stay even more relaxing. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, it was clean, well-kept, and perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options that started the day perfectly. On top of all that, the overall environment of the hotel was calm, welcoming, and very pleasant. Thank you for providing such a high standard of service. I would definitely recommend your hotel to others and look forward to visiting again.

Clean rooms with breakfast included. Great place for a required stay for medical appointments. No frills but worth the money paid. Staff were excellent

Room was great, but was disappointed by the breakfast. It was bread products and cereal and fruit. Not really anything hot served.

continental breakfast wasn’t bad. Very clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff. Great value for money! Only complaint is it always smells like marijuana.

Breakfast was very basic and perhaps the most disappointing part of our stay, had there be a great breakfast this place would be the perfect place to stay.

Stay was nice, breakfast could have been better

It needs enough parking for everyone I had to park around the corner in a construction site. Two nights

In the morning you could hear every person in the building through the walls, very loud and very early. We stayed for one night and there’s a sign in the washroom stating that house keeping comes every other day of your stay, so I didn’t bother with a do not disturb sign because we were checking out the next morning. However, house keeping walked in on our room twice before our 11 am check out time. They did knock but the hall ways were so noisy already that I didn’t realize they were knocking on our door.. also because I was still trying to sleep. Finally, the bath tub drain wouldn’t stay closed so I couldn’t take a bath and the tab you pull up to route the water flow to the shower head only half worked so the shower head had half water pressure and the tub spout stayed open. It like I Showered in a puddle… The place was clean and continental breakfast was decent, fruit, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, oatmeal, - coffee/tea all day I did not visit the pool or gym Staff were friendly. I did not complain about the shower, it was late.

Property met all our needs. Check in/out super easy. Staff friendly. Breakfast area spotless and well stocked.
