Amazing stay

Check in process was good. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean upon checking in and for our entire stay. Refrigerator and coffee maker in room. I like that it had 2 television in the room. They had tea/coffee for purchase in the lobby.

We booked for a double bed but ended up with a single king size bed I ended up on the sofa-bed but for the second night they upgraded us

My favourite in north Toronto!

My room did not have any towels or wash cloths. I called down to the desk and requested four of each be sent to the room but only one set was sent. Also, the listing for this hotel stated "breakfast included"; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it was not included but available and it would be a $28 charge per person if I wanted breakfast. I was very disappointed.

No geral the accommodation are pretty good but two majorly negative points are 1. The curtains in bedroom don’t block all the light so a lot of lights gets in early in the morning and is bad if you have a lie-in 2. The shower box doesn’t fully cover the shower area and giving that the pressure of shower is excellent it can be quite messy if you select a high pressure for the shower. A good thing would be to have a small desk mirror so woman can do make-up.

The secondary roof has a clear tile wall connected to the main hallway and allows light in all night… literally trying to sleep with no darkness in the room.

nice hotel for the proce

This hotel is amazing. I have no words to describe just how wonderful the staff is. How beautiful the rooms are. How delicious the food was. However i did want to use this review to warn people that there are 2 different hiltons here in my opinion. The main 4 star hilton & the 3 star hilton with the kitchens. When booking on expedia there really no way to tell what one your booking. Id call and confirm your in the main building and not the old one from the 90's. For example you check in at the main lobby then you have to leave the building go outside enter a separate building, the the sepreate build is simply not the same. Good luck have fun !
