I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. They don’t warm up outside food. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t come back to this location. Not all holiday Inns are the same, especially outside of the UK. The only other incident that happened, room service didn’t do my room for 2day straight. The first time I didn’t say anything but after coming back late from being out all day, my linens and towels weren’t changed I complained to front desk and had to step out for a few hours while they find someone to clean my room. This was after 8pm at night. It got cleaned so that was resolved.

Could have been a great stay but unfortunately the room was freezing cold and we couldn’t hear it because they had set it so it couldn’t be changed. They had to give us a heater. There was also a horrible noise coming from the drain whenever we had a shower.

Parking was easy, the check-in was too. The room was very clean and suitable. Just the mini bar was a little disappointing after paying the upgrade. I would have stuck with the standard room.

I had a good stay overall. My room was quite comfortable and the staff were really helpful.

Amazing English Breakfast and clean room

Breakfast was good, a bit of struggle finding parking at night. But generally it was a good hotel

Breakfast has a lot of choices, fresh food and lovely staff!! Highly recommend

Property was is a good state, was allocated a room near the road with loud cars driving by. Also, the air conditioning unit was not functional. Parking was extortion noting that they own the property.

Great town location for a stay, clean and comfortable, great food and bar service, nice breakfast and lovely quiet room.

The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, however the only fault was the very poor water pressure in both the basin and the shower - this made it difficult to reach the correct temperature (Usually cold or too hot) and that was with the supply tap turned onto max. this is my 2nd visit and in different rooms/ floors (Ground & 2nd floor). Both have had the same issue. shame I would give this a 5* if they could sort the plumbing pressure issue out. Staff were very courteous and had a friendly approach. Breakfast was okay (full english) and they provided GF options for me. The Dinner was tasty but main course (Cod Loin) was sparse would be fine size portion on Master Chef! The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of common areas to sit in.

Nice room so pleased you had towels , hairdryer and your own ironing board & iron. Bathroom was a little tired. Rubber under shower screen needs replacing and tiles around bath need re-grouting gone orange. The bathroom floor hadn’t been swept and needed a mop. But overall I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful and nice.

Overall service was great. Breakfast was amazing and location was just perfect to go in and out of city. Great for family stay.

Excellent location for visiting both London and Kent. Easy parking, great reception staff, friendly and professional. Good sized clead room, tremendous breakfast. Second or third time we've stayed here, always a good stay.
