My first time in Tokyo, and I had a very wonderful time being here. I love the quiet area and the beautiful Tokyo Bay and Rainbow Bridge lighting up at night, and the view of the Dancing Fountain from my hotel window. After a busy day exploring crowded areas in downtown Tokyo, being able to go back to serenity is a blessing for my introvert side, haha. One downside maybe they are super strict with the check-out time, not even willing to give a 30-minute late check-out for even only 1 room (out of 4 rooms that we booked), although we checked in very late. I would suggest at least they should have given us 1 room for late check-out as a complimentary as we are loyal customers of Grand Nikko. But overall, I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Tokyo.

Excellent hotel close to shopping and port, but when they say check-in 3 PM, that's it. Waited 4 hours and was rudely told we could pay an extra night if we wanted earlier check-in. After a 14-hour flight, not impressed. Hotel was far from full.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying in Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. I stayed in this hotel for eleven nights in December 2016 and six nights in May 2026. I really enjoy staying in this excellent hotel. I will come back again. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The views around the hotel are stunning. Transportation is easy. There's a public bus stop in the lobby.

It was so great to stay in here, near Aqua City and Diver City, make me easy to find some stuff for bringing to hometown, near the train to make us easy to go anywhere, I love this place.

Comfortable room, close to many malls, easy transportation, friendly staff. I originally booked for 3 nights, but ended up extending my stay because it was so comfortable.

Old hotel but still nice. Very close to monorail stasion.

The kids absolutely love it. Excellent room and location.

Rooms are spacious, clean, close to station.

Everything is great, if I visit here in the future, I would definitely book this hotel again.

We had a good stay in Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. The location of hotel is very close to Tokyo Diversity mall. Very Recommended hotel for family vacation

Great hotel, nice neighborhood.

This is my third time stay in this hotel, the room is big, the staff really nice but they cant speak English well 😞 the breakfast isn't really good if compared with another hotel with the same star.

Room really clean and looks like the photos, hotels surrounded by malls and complimentary ride to disneyland certainly a nice addition in grand nikko experience.

Spacious room, very easy access with the train station next to the hotel, free shuttle to Disneyland / Disneysea, next to 2 malls, excellent service! Will definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant and very clean hotel. Large room sizes and close to shopping centers and rainbow bridges and there is a mini market behind the hotel making it easy to find our needs. I am very satisfied to stay at this hotel.
