Stay was good had some mishaps in my resevervation due to my own error and staff was patient very helpful took time and resolved issues

Place is walking distance away from OLG Fallsview casino. Rooms are clean but one of the loveseat chair, it has stain on it. Not too sure what is it. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

Great stay . Hotel is clean . Only not happy to pay for parking .

The staff is extremely friendly!!

Like every other hotel in Niagara falls it's showing its sign of aging Price wise you can't go wrong

It was inexpensive which was great but the state of the building definitely reflected that. Air conditioner made a clunking noise, and we could hear wind whistling through the window. Staff was lovely and the room met our needs for the short stay.

Very close to timmy ,casino , and cliffton walk to Niagara Falls very close to convenient store and restaurants gas stations

Location between the falls and the Clifton area good . Ripped carpet , burned out light bulbs , no mini fridge , coffee and towels not refilled or replaced -they were forgotten about . fairly busy street for noise .

The staff were great and the hotel itself was close enough to walk to most things.

I actually really look forward to the Ramada on my trips to Niagara. Their welcoming staff make it so easy to check in and they make you feel comfortable. We can all around hospitable experience now the hotel itself some renovations absolutely I believe with some reservations. This would probably be one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to and that’s a strong statement because I travel quite frequently staff 10 out of 10 couldn’t ask for more also the location is extremely convenient and quite central with many restaurants, convenience, stores, and attractions around looking to stay in Niagara. You might want to check this one out.

Room was ok, but tub was clearly unbalanced and creaked loudly with every step. Hotel charges a voluntary tourism tax and also has a $20 per night parking fee.

Its quiet area

Pool is useless don't book the hotel if you plan to enjoy the pool. Water is too cold. My kids were shivering because of cold water. Gym was under construction. Front desk employee Lindcey was rude and would even look at you when talking no respect at all.

The room was nice and comfortable. The hallways smelled like smoke even though the rooms were nonsmoking. (Thankfully the room did not).
