Good location and clean spacious rooms. Had a comfortable stay with family.

This was my second stay here. I chose it again because of the cleanliness and the great food and happy hour drink specials. The first room we were given had a stale smell. We notified front desk and they moved us to an alternate room which was much better and compensated us a night of parking for the inconvenience. We ate at the restaurant for dinner the first night the food was amazing and large portions. I had the pad Thai. Unfortunately they no longer do the happy hour 5 dollar drinks. The breakfast was great had it both mornings Blake Benedict is amazing.

The staff was excellent and everything was clean and well kept. Beautiful hotel. Only recommendation is due to the location of the hotel, it would be best if there was both underground and/or secured parking for vehicles. Also additional staff within the restaurant inside would assist in timely service (although they were very helpful and lovely).

When we went to go check in, the lady was really rude and we did not feel welcomed

It was perfect for what I was looking for. Helpful and friendly staff. My only issue would be the lack of parking, but I appreciated the concierge explaining the parking situation when we arrived. The experience was otherwise excellent.

Overall good experience. Bathrooms could use updating.

Parking was not included. We had to park across the street and pay per hour. The room was average but it had poor lighting, the apps on the television were helpful. There was hair on the floor of bathroom and bathtub. Pool room was good as well as hot tub. No continental breakfast but a $15-20 pp restaurant available with decent food.

It’s starting to look a little Tired but is central and has great amenities

We were in town for Rock the Park but the event was canceled due to the air quality from the forest fires. When we returned to the hotel there was a lady working at the Bistro who stayed open late for us and allowed us to order food and have some drinks. She didn’t have to do this but she was so kind a felt bad for the guests who experienced the concert being canceled. We can’t thank her enough for her kind generosity. Please make sure she sees this comment so she knows it was really appreciated.

Overall good stay. Would have liked to have something open for us to enjoy a drink when we checked in. A lobby bar would be nice.

Very dated rooms with old worn furniture. My room stank with air freshener added that didnt work. Beds were nice. Pillows overly soft. Highly overpriced for the elegance they portray. The Marriot next door is the better hotel in town. Staff were wonderful. Restaurant was great.

The entire area is under construction including the parking for the hotel. Despite this, they were still charging $30 per day to park, and everyone had to park in an unsecured parking lot across the street. Parking should've been waived. Additionally, the rooms were very dated, but clean. There was no fan in the washroom which created a lot of condensation even with a warm shower. On our first night, we were woken before 8 AM by construction inside the hotel in a neighboring room. The hotel was nowhere near at capacity so there was no excuse to be booking people right next to rooms under renovation. Ridiculous. The area of the hotel is riddled with drug addicts and homeless, which I know is not controlled by the hotel, and is sad… But there was no security anywhere and when traveling with kids and attempting to walk to nearby restaurants, it was concerning. The construction around the hotel with one-way street also made it very difficult to access easily. Staff was friendly enough.

Our stay was great. Check in and check out were so fast, there was no line. They greeted us with warm cookies which was such a nice touch. They also accommodated an early check in as we had a wedding to get to. Parking was $30 and when we returned to the hotel the lot was full, I thought for sure they were going to tell us we would have to find other parking but they instead gave us permission to park right outside the front doors. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Great stay!

Tv difficult to operate. Toilet in bathroom very low for someone with. Knee replacement. Area around mirror chipped not fixed. Bed very soft.
