Room was ok, it did the trick, but the hotel didn’t have an elevator and I had someone who couldn’t go upstairs and they made it feel like a big deal to change rooms to a lower level room

Very pleasant stay; the hotel is conveniently located , staff was very friendly and looks like they’ve been doing renovations lately…a lot of new features. My room appeared to be refurbished but a couple of things were out of place …the bathroom door was really beat up and at a minimum needs some paint and the mattress was extremely springy. Lastly a lot of rooms including mine face a courtyard where they have a bar and music..although the music ended at 9, until that time you can listen to a lot of peoples conversations from your room; the music was very pleasant though

Very clean room, beautiful gardens inside. staff very professional and helpful. Restaurant was also great.

El mejor hotel de Toluca sin duda alguna

There was this really loud crashing/explosion sound that started early in the morning (6AM) and continued throughout the day. Couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.

Hotel was clean and beds were nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly, but no hot tub only warm pools and breakfast was not included in price .

Very clean

The bed and shower were very comfortable. The hotel is a little on the old side. Would be nice to see furniture and doors upgraded. The staff was indifferent at times. We had a doorbell ring on our first morning at 8:30 am with hotel worker announcing “Lavandería” which means laundry service. Told the front desk not to have anyone ring us….it just went in one ear and out the other. It’s a culture thing I guess

The food is tasteless.

Rooms had an unpleasant odor. No hot water. Linen and carpet did not appear super clean.

Property is fine overall for what you pay. But it did have some major problems 1 shower door would hit the toilet if I was a bit fatter I would not fit. 2 pressure in toilet was dismal had to put water from shower. Did I tell you I could barely fit through the door to get in the shower. Other than that it was ok.

The hotel was great, the check in however was quite poor because we arrived early morning and the check in was strictly at 3pm which wasn't good because we had to wait long hours to get checked in on top of the flight we just had.
