Fairly basic room and quite outdated but comfortable Breakfast very limited I thought not many options Receptionist very clinical and not overly friendly chatty Not even asked how my stay was , which is not uncommon in most of the hotels I stay in. No EV car charging

Everything you want for a short stay. Pleasant staff, room's adequate and the price reasonable. Would stay again.

Place is a little tired but clean. Swimming pool is a big plus.

Overall hotel fine but i find your card only policy terrible. I left my wallet in room and was told once I ordered drinks it was card only so I had to go back to room for wallet. I hate establishments that do not allow cash payments and will never stay again

Me and my partner stayed there for a few nights with our dog and we had a good time. The staff are really friendly and welcoming! The food at the grill on the hill was great. We really enjoyed going to the pool and jacuzzi during our stay, it was very well kept. The only downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Amazing hotel. Facilities were very good and well maintained.

Not the most modern rooms or hotel, however very clean with comfortable beds. Access to leisure facilities a bonus.

The staff were friendly attentive and very welcoming, they were very supportive as I’d been through a car accident 4 weeks ago.

Impressive building and grounds, pleasant staff but a lot of negatives. The food is awful, there is enough choice but we stayed 2 nights so tried four different evening meals and they were all bland and disappointing We did not have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The room was very dated but clean. The pillows are very uncomfortable- hard and too high. I bought 2 pillows! I don’t imagine that we will be back.

Lovely setting. Rooms were comfortable but a little tired. Could do with a refresh. Staff was friendly but somewhat helpless and unapologetic when things went wrong.

The cooked breakfast wasn’t the best but loved the hotel, leisure and spa. Staff were lovely

Highly recommended, got married here last year and spent our first wedding anniversary here last week
