Clean room

Staff were extremely friendly. Close to a lot of amenities within walking distance. Dog friendly. Free parking. Excellent pool and also decent gym facilities. Hotel maybe slightly dated but rooms were clean and in good condition.

Stayed here many many times and always enjoyed my stay I have recently been staying because my wife is ill so she needs hospital treatment each and every week I have noticed the cost of this hotel has gone through the roof so i'm afraid we won't be staying so regular £160 for a bed only is way too expensive I don't expect to pay more than £120 so we will be looking elswhere

I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Expected better service from Marriott and plan to raise this issue with them.

Great location, everything you need (pool, gym, restaurant) only fault was the bar closed at 11 which seemed early for a Saturday night in a hotel

Room was moderately clean. Heating system was not working and bathroom was a bit outdated

My dog swallowed something on the corridor and also my laundry came back with pin in and it injured me

Ideal for our family overnight stay during school holidays. Everything positive as we liked it. Convenient for the Metro Centre shopping and activities for the kids.

2 visits 2 different treatments first was great second time completely confusing couldn’t provide the same treatment on our second visit.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were lovely, very helpful and professional. The room was very nice and clean. We had no complains.
