The fitness room could use updated equipment. The rooms have beautiful views of the falls, but are definitely getting tired. I would recommend a refresh update soon. Overall, stay was good. Thank you.

The view of the falls from my room was AMAZING! The walk to railcar was short and the up-close falls experience was great. Breakfast staff were very nice, friendly and inviting. If you need a correction or help from the manager- do not expect help. "Rick" was very disrespectful and fabricated being attacked. I had to call corporate to report him. I am still waiting for a call from the GM.

Don’t use the valet, they will damage your car! I paid 75$ for valet parking and they damaged my bumper! Definitely not worth 450$ a night! Also the hot tub handle was broken .

Was the best choice that me and my husband made. The Hotel has the magnificent spot and the view from our bedroom was amazing... See the falls from our bed in the 20th floor was breathless... Go to the Niagara Falls, later of a cruise, was a little tire but for my husband was in his travel list and never forget the experience . You have everything walking distance or take the bus if you prefer. Amazing 10/10.

Observation 1. Lack of staff in lobby; no staff at information desk whole day, if cut staff during low season should put up a sign and direct guess where to go for help 2. Travel information brochures stand should be at the front rather than in front of Human Resources office. 3. Front desk evening staff need more smiles and answer questions with courtesy, guesses are new to the city, that is not their fault for not knowing if there are restaurants still open nearby at 9:30pm Bravo to dinner room staff, great team, greeting guess with warm smiles, talked to guess with courtesy, readily offering help. Great presentation of breakfast buffets table, everything up to standard, qualities and quantities are great, for certain I will recommend my company to come for team building event

Location very nice and you can't beat the view. Rooms were generally clean but very bland. Strangely enough, our room had no cold water during our stay. Staff provided bottled water, but it was still inconvenient. Parking and breakfasts very expensive, but that's Niagara Falls.

Water had to be requested to be provided. Hotel staff were friendly and provided enough bottles only after requesting. Hair dryer was not functioning. Self park was not on prem and is not mentioned in the booking details.

The view was amazing. The staff was helpful. The room was clean except the chairs were frayed and needed repair. The buffet breakfast variety of foods was great but hot food was only warm so after putting it on the plate it was only lukewarm to eat. So in general not bad but for the money you pay you’d expect it to be just a grade above what it was.

the rooms are uncomfortably warm and incapable of cooling; same for lobby and i was forced to make alternative plans. they did not provide house car as promised. bell desk (San, Miles, Bobby) were marvelous though and they had suggestions about sightseeing and local transportation options and went out of their way to meet my needs.
