Rooms were clean and staff very polite .

All very friendly and especially Nanjan at the restaurant looked after us all along.. thanks a lot

The room was clean and fresh, all staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good for the price you paid has help yourself with a options of cooked, cereal, toasted and cold breakfast available. The hot tub did not get round to using it .

We stayed 3 nights. You had to pay extra for the leisure facilites which was no advertised. We had no housekeeping at all- not even a change of bins/top up of tea. The socket cover was hanging off and hair dryer was broken. Quick service at bar.

Was a lovely place but could definitely do with some renovation for example jacuzzi out of order and fully booked spa staff were very friendly and very helpful

We stayed for two nights and the first night was awful due to a broken bed. However the staff were brilliant and arranged a change of room for the next night. We stay here regularly and happy to recommend.

The hotel and grounds are wonderful, set meal and breakfast although basic where very good value and excellent quality. Staff were great,only disappointment was the bar was low on stock each drink asked for they didn't have,minor problems.

Room was clean and had good supplies of toiletries and coffee tea. However would have been helpful to advise before booking in advertising that gym/pool access cost £5 each. Plus things were out of action. Also we were awoken at before 5 to a funny whistling ringing noise - sounded like heating system. Small things like for a double bed spare pillows as one each. Everything else was described and clean and ideal one night stay

Parking was relatively easy but reaching the hotel had its challenges - wooden posts to stop cars parking and lights on the grass making driving on the roadway very difficult in low light and mist.
