A gem hotel in the middle of Dublin, staff welcoming and helpful, hotel in very good condition with spacious room, good breakfast and restaurant. Around the hotel there are plenty of dining options within a few minutes walk.

Front of house staff were friendly and courteous. We received a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and very clean.The beds are firm and comfortable. The breakfast had a great choice, although the buffet breakfast was cold, which was disappointing. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent. Overall, the staff was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was located in a perfect location, the staff were very friendly, and my room was spotless everyday. I would stay here again if I return to Dublin. My only complaint (and it might be based on my room location) was the WiFi was fairly inadequate. It kept disconnecting on its own and was never completely reliable.

Great location if you’re looking to explore the nightlife around the template bar area, which is just over the bridge from the hotel. Very clean hotel annd friendly staff. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival, but the hotel gave us a drinks voucher and we had a lovely cocktail in the bar on the hotel for the delay. Breakfast was great, the bar also do some really nice food. Highly recommend.

Hotel is in a good location in central Dublin. Room was spacious and clean but was a little tired. The room was quiet with the windows closed but noisy with them open. The room was hot. Air con was not available at this time of year. I have stayed in many hotels in this price range and the bed in this hotel was uncomfortable and not at the level expected. It was hard and all movement from my partner was transferred to my side of the bed. The breakfast was varied and acceptable but there are several other nearby cafes offering better quality food. (Try Panem). The hotel is rated as 5 star but in my opinion was at 4 star level.

Good hotel. Very centrally located.

Breakfast offering was good, but the cooked food was not hot. Asked for eggs Benedict one morning and the eggs were not cooked properly ( snotty inside ). Very expensive in the bar. Had a meal in the dining room and chose a burger which turned out to be raw in the middle. They gave me 10% off but in reality I paid in full as they normally charge a 10% service charge.
