Friendly staff, gave me a up grade with mountain, lake view and a king size bed. Room was nice and big but need to focus on cleaning. The carpet had stains on it and spiderwebs on the light fixture and bathroom cabinet had types on it. Other than that, we had a good time.

I booked a kitchen in Rome when I got there. There was one bowl. And some plates when I complained to the front desk the guy told me we don't have anything else that's all we have nothing we can do after arguing Do you finally send one frying pan and some dish soap. I was there for 3 nights no one came to clean the room. No one came to change the garbage No kitchen towels, no cups for coffee. It was a very bad experience

Parking was secure. Mountain was fine. The front door was broken. Amenities all long out of service. Mould around all windows. Water stains on ceiling. Paint chipping and peeling everywhere. Front staff never available. This place should be condemned.

The room was disgusting. Carpet had stains all over. The furniture was stained. It smelled. The cold water didn’t even run when you turned it on.

Room was very dirty and my boyfriend and I both have been sick with bleeding noses and I have breathing issues as I am asthmatic. I have photos to prove the filth of the room and the uncapped toilet and the floors were filthy the mould that was in the room. I believe that the Furnace was giving us filthy dirty air.. Rooms are clean, missing shower Gel, no water for the coffee maker, front desk were nicer and helpful. SPA & hot tub were not available. Love the complimentary pass to the public pool. Hope they can provide complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was very cold and so was my room. They gave me a heater, but it only warmed up a very small area.

The location is close to the lake and restaurants. The room and the hotel itself need an upgrade. Even the entrance door needs a replacement. You have to wrestle to open it. Looks automatic.

The room was very cold. They gave me a small heater, but it only heated up the area the heater was situated in. Very disappointing, then go to my brothers room and his heater made his room like a sauna. He couldn't turn the temperature down on that little heater he was given.

few tiny ants in the bathroom but other then that everything was clean! Had a great weekend stay

The toilet seat was broken, garbage was left in room behind beds, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, floors were dirty.

Older building so not super fancy. Courtyard cafe not open and no one said anything, rooms very cold. Plus side it was cheap, very close to good eats, very close to pool, good parking and the Pho restaurant there was really good

This hotel is in dire need of some cleaning and maintenance Bath tap was tricking all night We were staying for four days 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap hair in the tub Coffee machine had two decaf and two tea bags going to desk for supplies regularly they need to up their game as the price was high for off season and such poor quality was a lot better before
