Honest review to help others travellers : 1. Room was clean good amenities. 2. Hotel is central and location is a key attraction. 3. Parking is available at extra cost - validate ticket with reception. 4. Food - Lots of better choices around the hotel, next door or short walk to centre.

Very clean room, friendly bar and desk service.

Hotel was nice, staff were helpful, parking was accessible but a little confusing.

Check in and out was a kiosk. Breakfast was great, room was clean. Easy to get to the parking garage. Staff was very helpful. I would recommend to stay.

Neither bedside lamp worked. Was "upgraded" to apartment. Due to renovation works in the hotel, access to room was difficult to navigate.

This was our second time staying and it was perfect. Unfortunately we missed the breakfast but our room was just what we needed. If we ever make it back to Cork this would be our go to hotel.

Overall very happy with the hotel

The Hotel is ideally located in the centre and right next to the Bus Station. My first night wasn’t the best due to the homeless shelter next to the hotel that has been mentioned in numerous reviews. Clear signs of drug taking, noise from check in at 8 pm until the next morning. Especially at 11 am when they queue to get in and around 5 am to screaming and arguing. However, having spoken to Emma (i think that was her name) at Reception she couldn't have been any more helpful and moved me to a room looking inward for the other two nights and it was so much better. Cleaning wise, it was okay. Rooms were dusty on light fittings, mould on ceiling in bathroom on 6th floor, bathroom tiles were dirty in places. Areas do look very tired. It was an okay stay. I wouldn't rush back. But Emma is a gem, she made the stay that much better.

Decent stay. Room was generally good but bathroom was a bit tired, shower not particularly powerful. No charging points close to beds is an irritation. Public areas are ok but a little tired. Staff were OK

A very pleasant stay with polite and helpful staff. Only comments are that for a hotel at this level (and price bracket) the room consumables were basic. Shower gel but no moisturiser, builders tea with no alternatives. Most would stock mint/earl grey etc and have a night drink, hot chocolate or the like. Important points, bed comfort all good although was hot under heavy duvet!
