The only concern we had was the bathroom fan ...it was like having a Cessna roar in there and not on a separate switch. Difficult when you only need light !!

Always quiet and courteous staff. I really appreciate the coffee being ready in the lobby by 6:30 AM without fail. I have stayed here three times and I will continue to frequent this location on my trip to Edmonton. The breakfast is above average and the selection for items is more than acceptable. Could use some fresher options. Fitness centre could use a few more items more dumbbells, maybe a couple of mats All in all a really good stay

This hotel is badly in need of a renovation. Wallpaper in the rooms was pealing off or big rips in some area. Hallways are beaten up. They really need to spend some money to get this place comparable to its peers in the same area.

Felt Breakfast could be more fresh and coffee wasn't available at the time. Overall the room was clean and has a good night sleep. Staff were very friendly.

I booked this overnight in Edmonton (travelling through from YYC to northern AB). Expedia reviews gave it an 8.4 rating, and the price was lower than normal, so I booked it. My husband (when adding the hotel into Maps for the drive) was startled: "You booked us in a 2 Star??!!" Me: I did??!! *looks at property again on Expedia* "Shoot! I guess I did!!" Now we're both a little worried. Well, let me tell you - this hotel is a little gem if you're just passing through and need a place to sleep. They've tried to modernize the hotel as best they could, and it's actually fine. Modern furniture in the lobby, the staff are extremely nice, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are absolutely fine - very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, breakfast in the morning - and to not have to overpay is worth it. We would definitely stay here again. We strolled over to Costco to walk around for a bit, and there's a Boston Pizza attached to the hotel. We usually don't eat at Boston Pizza, as there are usually so manty other options around, but it was really good! Staff were friendly, food was great! Worth staying here if you're not a "princess." There's simply nothing wrong with this hotel at all, and the price is amazing!

Located walking distance from Costco. Clean room and friendly welcoming staff. Will stay again in my next trip to Sherwood Park.

Very clean and decent property. Got a very good night's sleep. Found the bed comfortable.

Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Parking was a bit difficult at times because we wear attending during a busy week, which wasn’t ideal due to the cold weather at the time. For the price, it’s hard for me to have any complaints about my stay here. Would definitely come back.

Property is older and slightly run down. Rooms were mostly clean but could use a deep clean.
