The worst Ritz I have ever stayed in. The company should feel ashamed this hotel has their name on it. It doesn’t align with the typical Ritz luxury experience.

steam room not great, everything else top notch

This was an anniversary trip we had so been looking forward to, our first trip away from our kids. We wanted to feel spoiled. And the Ritz Carlton delivered. The staff was so kind and accommodating, and our room was incredible. I had mentioned in advance we were celebrating, and the staff left us a kind note and chocolates. Also, I will forever dream of the fancy toilet in our suite. Robot toilet, I love you.

Location, room. and service

Very friendly staff. Room very clean. We just hoped for a smart tv where we could put cartoons/ movies our children enjoyed on the tv. Also not many food options for children that are picky rates. However, overall it was an excellent hotel. We still had an amazing time and highly recommend!

Staff was so amazing. Any request was taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond for us and made this stay so memorable and remarkable. Room was amazing. The property beautiful the restaurants fantastic. Best service of all time.

Everything about our stay at the ritz Carlton Montreal was amazing, except for one of the security guards who worked there

Beautiful stay. The hotel is old and the city has moved on to more trendy locations, but the service is what makes this hotel stand out! Better than the Westin, better than the Queen Elizabeth. If there’s a better hotel in Montreal, I haven’t found it yet.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Staff goes out of their way from the moment you arrive. The room had so many modern amenities including heated bathroom floors and a huge closet/changing room. Pool area is incredible. I cannot wait to go back here!
