I booked a suite for my daughter's swim birthday, originally at BW, but when I called to finalize plans, I was informed I had no booking. When I tried to rebook, BW no longer had suited available so I had to book at Sheraton. The front desk staff prior to check-in who was supposed to be helping me obtain a room for early check-in was unpleasant to deal with. She had zero understanding of their own internal processes for prioritization & cleaning of rooms. She was quite rude in her manner of speaking when trying to enforce their policies that they own staff had contradicted & directed me on when I booked. She never did call me back with an update. Upon arrival at the hotel, we had to wait to check-in, which delayed our setup of the room for thw party. I coordinated with the onsite facility to accommodate additional guests for swimming that I was required to buy day passes for. I followed all their requirements to provide a listing of all guests in attendance. Upon check-in, I was informed that the pool with the hot tub we booked the party for was closed for maintenance. The front desk staff upon checkout was clueless to deal with at best. From leaving me waiting to followup with her on if their final inspection of the room was completed so they could process my return of security deposit to just her lack of consideration for customer service was a disappointing closure to our stay. Extremely disappointing experience. Likely won't return here in a hurry.

Wonderful birthday stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was were amazing and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet and all the food was fantastic. Our daughters enjoyed the pool.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The amenities are useful and easily accessible. The Starbucks in the main lobby is definitely great for breakfast. If you like Tim Horton's, there is one right next door too. Feel like the location is one of this hotel's best attributes.

The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge. The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem. Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them.

Clean room and big bathroom

We stayed in the Club area and loved the access to the buffet in the morning and evening. Room was clean and the pools were great!

Un emplacement idéal pour toute la famille. Le gym, les piscines, et toutes activités à l’hôtel vraiment super. L’option de la chambre « club » est super! Déjeune et souper Inclue. On a adoré.

Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the water was not as hot as it should have been on the first night. Staff was helpful and efficient. When we asked for additional coffee packs and pillows they arrived immediately. Breakfast was well stocked but some items were overcooked or dried out. We also saw a staff member refilling the sliced fruit with his bare hands and no gloves which was a little concerning. Dinner in the restaurant posed some challenges as they seemed understaffed and stressed, but the majority of the food was good. Overall a pleasant stay.
