Convenient location, but furniture well worn

Filthy bad customer service. I told the front desk that when I pulled back the sheets to go to bed there was dirt and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the room. I slept in my car. There were cigarette bars on the blankets there were splatter marks on the lampshade there were holes in the wall. There were stains on the sheets the shoes look like they hadn’t been washed. The shower curtain was filthy. There was yellow Stains on the “clean” towels. I was told that absolutely nothing could be done until I called the next day and I was told I would be giving a call back. Still haven’t been contacted. This might appear from some pictures as a hotel but it is a filthy dive of a motel that is not somewhere. I would suggest anyone to stay.

I mistakenly booked the wrong day, seeing what iv done i immediately called to try and have reservation moved. But property refused to refund or simply move my reservation to the following day. 0/10 will never be booking here again. Much better options in the area.

The room and bathroom need updating. The room needs a new furnitures. The washroom need more cleaning and tile are dirty

This staff is very helpful. This hotel needs some fixing up. The parking lot is a mess. Full of pot holes and dangerous for parking. The pictures on Expedia are very old. In the Expedia ad it says there will be breakfast. It was yogurt, apples, banana’s and some coffee and tea. Very disappointing.

Had to have a hotel room on the main floor as there are no elevators and I'm just recovering from a back surgery. The room had dirty blankets. I asked for them to change them they said they couldn't, I asked to move rooms they couldn't, I asked for clean blankets and they brought me a sheet and a fire prevention blanket I think. It was like a sponge 100% nylon. Scratchy and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving at 2AM. Was not given a refund or partial refund nothing at all. Super disappointing.

Oh dear. This place is like something out of a scary movie. Friendly staff, and it’s nice that they offer a complimentary light breakfast and coffee, but the property is in terrible condition. From the peeling paint and wall paper to the lumpy (and Im sure ancient) mattress, there are virtually no redeemable qualities. We paid $200 tax, which was about $120 too much. I mistakenly didn’t check the reviews and booked 4 rooms for a family wedding. Didn’t sleep a wink. This property is in desperate need of a renovation.

Good place for a quick visit. Nice clean room but sofa was old and shabby. Parking lot has lots of large pot holes to avoid.

The place was very clean and quiet. Good location close to many restaurants. Water coming out of bathroom sink was very cloudy even after running tap for a long time. Didn't feel it was safe to drink.

The water was very white and cloudy I had to use personal water to manage personal hygiene for my wife and me. Terrible experience.

they were strict about the checkin proccess and he did not act in good faith. the indian guy at the front desk. the breakfast inculded was a scam and did not have anything of value.

Great location but in a state of complete deterioration, both in the rooms needing much maintenance and the grounds/parking lot full of potholes. Don't go there!

The carpets were stained, patched holes in the walls not painted, cigarette burn in bathroom counter, the landline room phone didn't work. There was a party in the room next door that made it clear there were very thin walls. The front desk staff called them at 11:15, with no impact. I had them visit the room in person at midnight, which was effective.

Great overnight when you need to be near the hospital. Clean room, friendly staff.

No elevator, breakfast included is terrible, no cofee machine in room. Fromt desk guy was super un-polite. Hotel stinks
