Very good hotel, well located.

Staff at the reception were nice and friendly. Rooms are smelly and mouldy. A.c was so loud and room service was so unprofessional

Hotel is outdated. Poor maintenance. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Hotel is located in old part of town. Swimming pool not heated. Last day they didn’t clean our room. Valet parking is not 24hrs. If you need your car, you will have to walk all the way to the parking area.

Staff and facilities

The street noise in room was terrible. Every car and truck that went down the street you could hear. The windows in the room were not sealed at all.

My best friend and I flew down to celebrate my birthday, and we had an amazing time! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast featured fresh fruits and delicious foods, and the property was beautifully maintained with stunning architecture and artwork. It’s also in a fantastic location near local restaurants, shops, and more. We will definitely be back!

The staff was nice and very helpful. The room cleaning was not as expected. Found a receipt under the bed with a 2 week past date on it. Didn’t feel a very clean vibe in the bathroom either. Breakfast was nice though, and it was really good that it was included with the stay. The pool was freezing “my kids words” they couldn’t even last a full hour in it cause they were so cold.

Exceptionally good staff, in particular, Hugo who went out of his way to connect with us. Breakfast was great, both hot and cold foods, eggs made to order, fruits, and local hot foods! Yums!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay overall. I understand that it’s an open buffet, but I would have preferred if coffee and water were self-serve. We had to wait for someone to bring them to the table, and while this may be part of the local service style, having them available on the side would have felt more comfortable and convenient.

The staff, room and overall stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and when I had a problem that required IT support they surprisingly stayed on top of it until it was resolved.

Nice, clean room and lobby. The pool was really pretty and the overall interiors felt very luxurious. The daily cleaners were so nice and professional. The hotel helped us book excursions and were very helpful and transparent throughout the process. The traffic noises were pretty loud beside the hotel, I would suggest to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

All was good, the room was a bit old but it's normal it's a old hotel. The staff was perfect for everything (cleaning, breakfast, front desk)
