Great Experience 10/10, Restaurant Food Is Amazing! They really cater to their guests

The Staff at Renaissance Panama City is exceptional. Everyone was incredibly warm and friendly and willing to help especially David from the front desk gave me great recommendations for excursions and dining

Breakfast menus was good. Not so much variety. Adequate ! The rooms needs refurbished. They furniture looks old and outdated. Shower was rusty not such a powerful water flow!

staying at the Renaissance Hotel was amazing the hotel is beautiful the area is safe from the front desk to the kitchen everyone treats you like royalty I had a fabulous time I enjoyed every moment a big shoutout too the entire staff of the Renaissance hotel keep up the great service thank you for everything

Cleaning of rooms may be improved, specially bed linens change, at least every other day. Trash bins would be more hygienic if used with disposable bags.

Had no AC for 3 days and was promised compensation which we never received.

Checking in and out was super easy. The staff was responsive and had great suggestion where to eat and what to do. They anticipate your needs. 10/10. The hotel restaurant is great and the room service menu even better.

Good hotel. I would have given a better review, however, it’s incorrectly listed as a 5 star hotel. I would say 4 star hotel at best, but I would definitely recommend it for cost and location. Staff were 5 star, really accommodating!

The rooms need to to be upgraded..Dont take your kids,its Not family friendly.property is boring..its more suitable for weddings and meetings

AC issues. Same sheets were used the following day.

Room was outdated, no facial mirror, poor lighting and too few towel bars.

Everything was great! I would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Panama City!

Nice location near the local metro station. Relatively safe area to walk at night. Plenty of food options nearby. Property is in good shape and AC is strong. Only problem is night time noise can be a bit loud coming from the street as there's always a bonehead or two that likes to rev their moto bikes late at night (not the hotel's fault)

Great location close to downtown, in a quite and nice area.
