Loved the onsite restaurant

Air conditioning was a wonderful amenity as no where else we stayed even had fans.

Very clean staff friendly And Helpful. Rooms very large. Breakfast good nice Selection at buffet

The air conditioning was not as cold as we like it to be. The hot tub did not get very hot.

Good location, half hour walk to the town. Rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, milk and little biscuits replenished daily. Bar staff were friendly in a well stocked bar. Good menu in the restaurant. Breakfast was as you expect from a buffet style.

Really good hotel. Good leisure facilities, lovely lobby and quiet areas to sit, nice bar, good evening meal and good buffet breskfast. Close to Galway and Salthill. Friendly staff - great play to stay when in Galway

Breakfast fantastic

The Ardulaun sited us to a tee.Well located if you have a car. Staff was attentive. Pool and spa were wonderful. The restaurant serves a fish chowder that is amazing. The hotel and facilities could not have been better.

Staff were great! The room was lovely with a great view. The hotel is older and could use some upkeep, but it's charming. The Ardilaun is in Galway city but gives a country feel.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and found it to be extremely busy with family events. The public areas were not clean, with the lift being grubby with dirt and spilled water for example, that did not seem to be cleaned up across the day. Breakfast was chaotic with poorly laid out tables- we had to find cups and cutlery for ourselves. Staff were busy but seemed over loaded and did not make sure we knew how breakfast service worked. Bedrooms were comfortable and grounds gorgeous with plenty room to park.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was incredible- above and beyond- I wish I got the name of the girl working the 2 nights I was there she was great. We utilized the laundry service, which was simple and convenient. £25 a bag. The breakfast was just what you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. The pool was nice- I do wish there was more space to just relax in the pool when I went it was set up for las only- but that might have been the timing. Bistro restaurant was pretty good!

Our room was clearly updated recently; brand new bathroom. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the Bistro was terrific for a late dinner. This hotel is a bit from the enter of town but has ample free parking.

No toilet paper. Stains on sheets.

Great hotel. Loved the access to the Club which has a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The breakfast was excellent.
