Great location very near to Saint Mark Bascilica. Staff were friendly and happy to see an elevator to move our luggage to the hire floors. Room was clean and spacious for our hotel. Price was reasonable and would recommend this hotel.

Easy to find. If you take the water taxi from airport, get off in Piaza San Marco stop (about 1.30 hrs ride) and from there it’s about 5-8 min walk. Not far but with big luggage can be a struggle when going up and down the stairs. Super close, literally 2 mins walk from Piaza San Marco which we love. The only thing I’d complain (if I can call it that) is that I reserved this hotel because of the pictures of the rooms. I wanted that old Venice looking room and we didn’t get that. It was a nice size room, smelled pretty good, view to the street which was cute, but not old looking decorations or anything, which is fine, but I wanted that. Other than that, great hotel. I’d definitely recommend, good price for location and time of year, which we know summer is usually more expensive. I’d definitely stay here again. We didn’t try the breakfast because we woke up late and the last day because we left before it was served, so can’t comment on that. Staff is friendly. Overall great stay.

This hotel is right off the piazza, a lot of places to shop and eat nearby. The staff was very helpful the whole visit. On site bar and restaurant was a plus.

What a find this hotel was! We booked two rooms at the last minute for a three night family trip to Venice and it could not have been better. It is literally just a few steps from St Marks Square and could not be more centrally located. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were well appointed with air con, a coffee machine a powerful shower and a fresh supply of bottled water each day. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we were to return to Venice.

Hotel was wonderful! Air condition worked very well, almost freezing and was perfect after sweating all day. Plenty of towels and perfect sizes, even one fitting for your hair. Beds were big and comfortable, and the pillows were awesome with two per person. Great location by San Marco Square and easy to take a water taxi to. Restaurants and snacks right out the hotel door!

This was such a wonderful experience and convenient to everything San Marco Piazza!! It is one small canal and bridge detached from the piazza. The rooms are relatively sound proof except for the big concerts that took place while I was there. All comforts were met including a bottle of Prosecco chilled in an ice bucket when I arrived. The restaurant was very good as well and I went for a veal liver dinner that was wonderful. A truly wonderful Venice hotel and location!!

Having an elevator so we didn't have to carry our luggage up stairs was golden. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to St Marks and the waterfront to catch transportation.
