Clean, lovely staff

We had booked a Seaview spa room and had the unfortunate experience of having no hot water for our entire two night stay. Unfortunately due to being a public holiday long weekend we were advised that no one would be available to attend the issue. We were refunded half of our booking fees however our long weekend away of relaxing in the spa was ruined. The bed and room was out dated, a hole in the roof where I assume a down light once existed and the bar fridge froze all our drinks no matter what setting the fridge was on. All in all a very disappointing experience

Passing was very close to the room

Certain items were missing from the room i.e. cutlery, plates, bowls. We ate in the dining room and thought the staff were badly trained as they needed prompting to deliver drinks and to generate a bill, which showed lack of computer skills.
