Woman at the front desk was nice, gave me extra towels when I asked. However, we only had two towels in the room when I booked with my family, sooooo net zero I guess.
One set of bed sheets had what appeared to be processed cheese caked on (like they weren’t washed properly and then dried). Other bed sheets were stained purple (paint we hope?)
Showerhead sprayed everywhere and soaked the bathroom floor that we had to clean. Nor was there body wash in the bathroom.
One of the cheapest toilet papers I’ve ever seen.
Also learned others had booked far in advance but the hotel cancelled their reservations without notifying them, as they realized late that there was a large soccer tournament in town. So they artificially inflated their prices (i.e. surge pricing).
Breakfast starts at 7 which is kind of pointless for early morning games.
I will say the location was convenient though.
Overall, I recommend finding somewhere else (if you can), until they deal with maintenance issues. For that inflated price?
No thanks.
