Nice and clean

The bar was very comfortable and inviting. The bartender (Shane) was a gem- personable, attentive, and able to skillfully mix any requested drink. His half-salted margarita (with no simple syrup as requested) made with fresh lime, Cointreau and tequila was to die for! The food was also fantastic. The salad I ordered was incredibly tasty and pretty, as it contained many colourful vegetables and fresh flower blossoms. Really enjoyable, all of it!

Amazing hotel with an awesome restaurant…ample parking, close to airport with very spacious clean room, friendly staff and great amenities…highly reccomended!

Airport shuttle service is not fast enough. We were told to wait 40 minutes which is long enough after a long flight with kids. Shuttle came after 50 minutes. Even in the morning they had only one shuttle available for us which was too early for us.

Washrooms could be better, but otherwise a wonderful property! Always happy to go back!!

The staff were friendly and attentive (and the welcome cookies were a nice touch). The room was clean and functional though the desk lamp was burned out and none of the clocks had been adjusted to reflect the time change a week ago.

Always a great place to stay. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and highways! Easy drive to downtown too!

The airport shuttle was good, a little high for seniors but my husband and I took the morning shuttle... that got us to the airport on time.

It was incredible like usual. Check in was seamless and very friendly. Buying food from the snack bar was really easy and check out was even smoother! I witnessed an interaction between Front Desk and an American Family and it was filled with Culteral explanations as well as humour. It was great to witness considering political stresses in today’s world. I truly love DoubleTrees and Hilton Resports

Appreciated the airport shuttle. Front staff was super nice, helpful and patient. Quick and easy check in/out. Welcome cookies were nice and warm! Pool was too cold. Enjoyed the hot tub. A lot of places close by including a big mall that we didn’t get to explore as it closes at 5pm on Saturdays. Was disappointed to know upon arrival though that the shuttle service going to the airport in the morning had to be pre booked and our preferred time was booked up. BUT it did work out in our favor to leave an hour earlier as we were not rushed and took things nice and slow. We’re glad to be back home. Thank you for a great experience our first time/night in Montreal.

Everything was excellent

Room was clean. Staff were very kind and efficient. The hot tub is large and my children enjoyed it.
