The staff are lovely, best ive come across ever since i started traveling

Overall, the hotel is decent. The main issue is that it’s quite a long walk to the nearest railway station. Also, many trains that pass through this station don’t actually stop there. In my case, the train that was supposed to run once an hour simply didn’t show up. The facilities are generally in line with a three-star hotel, but the shower had very low water pressure, and the water was barely warm. The key card for the door kept not working, so I constantly had to go to the staff to have it replaced. This wasn’t just my issue — other guests experienced the same problem.

Basic room good for a night

The hotel is small, clean but well appointed. Major drawback for me was the tiny bathroom and the size of the room itself. I’m a big guy I literally had to squeeze to get in the room and squeeze to get in the bathroom

Good stay for a night near the airport

It was a nice stay and a clean room. Just have to get over the interior decor being all black.

Well for the money the hotel is ok for one night but I would not fancy more than one night. The staff were brilliant which made is a worthwhile stay

Great customer service!

Staff is great. Price was very nice too compared with other hotels downtown. The carpet in the hall was very dirty and the room’s walls and items were also dirty. No soap in the shower. The remote control worked 1/2 the time and took several tries to turn on/off or adjust channels. We also ordered king size bed but the bed came with two small blankets which was very inconvenient for a couple.

Really helpful staff. Came early for check- in and manage us very well. Clean, everything 5 out of 5.

The room all together was extremely messy and made of appearance that it hasn’t been deep cleaned since a longer time. The bathroom was sufficiently clean.

Great spot

The staff were not great. The 24hr menu was not entirely available late at night (ordered UberEats). The walls are thin & it was very noisy from the other guests. I wouldn't stay here again.

Big parking clean

Room was small but clean and efficient. Getting back to car rental at Zaventem in total dark and rainy conditions, without decent signage was a scary experience but I am by now very used to it. Nothing wrong with the hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly! It seemed like they enjoyed their job!
