The staff were very friendly and helpful but the outside was not kept up. There was cigerrett buts laying all over the sidewalks and the lot needed a good sweeper on it.

Room was a little dated but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for us. We were up for a quick impromptu trip to Edmonton. There was a deal on for our stay which won overall. The pool was ok we cleaned the windows in the pool so we could see the thunderstorm. Hot tub was closed for maintenance. Dry Sauna onsite was nice. I was under the impression there was a continental breakfast but no - there is a restaurant onsite with a discount coupon for breakfast or entree. McDonald’s is next door as well. We stayed two nights. Room was not cleaned in between so not sure if that is their policy but not a big deal just caught me off guard. Stay was good for the price. With the kids they liked it. Might stay again but we usually stay at the holiday inn when we have more notice for booking.

Hotel staff were amazing. Room was nice. However if you try to use your debit card for the deposit it goes to $400 instead of the $200 with credit card use. Just be aware!

The AC unit was like a jet engine making it pretty hard to sleep, and I woke up every time it kicked on. The hallways smell like old cigarette smoke and it's just yuck. Walls are yellow, the place is severely dated. Staff were friendly. Probably wouldn't stay again though.

Having a loft as part of the room really helped elevate our stay and give each person in our family enough room.

Fast check in, room was clean, and quiet. Premier location to where I had to be for my trip.

The non smoking room I selected is in a corridor next to smoking rooms. The doors aren’t sealed so the air in my room smelt of smoke. You can’t pre-request to not be in that portion of the hotel, so if you have a strong aversion to smoke smell, I’m not sure there’s a good answer for you.

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff are so friendly and make it feel like a home away from home.

Really liked that they had pet friendly rooms that opened directly outside. It is so much more convenient than navigating stairs/elevators early in the morning.

Smoky rooms

I try to only leave positive reviews but I need to share this feedback. Let me start with an Ash tray outside the non smoking room, no shampoo/conditioner available, room smelled terribly definitely been smoked in alot. We had to buy candles to try to mask the smell and get the kids to sleep. Highly suggest you do not stay in this hotel. It was a really bad mistake.
