Great stay at the Hilton Ferringhi. Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton. The cookies upon check-in were a sweet touch. Room was clean and breakfast variety was too good. Would definitely be back for a longer stay. Only downside is that it’s a distance from the city centre.

The room is very well kept and clean, comfy mattress for a good night's sleep. Staff is friendly during check-in and out. It comes with a signature welcome cookie which is so delicious.

Everything was great, kids happy, very cozy room and spacious (just dont like the view 😅 facing hotel entrance), didnt try their food or bfast, but i heard all good. Will recommend to others! 🩷

Pool need to wear proper swim wear no sauna or steam room or hot pludge pool to relax to be consider as family hotel check in and check out was quick and effiicient

Had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Penang. The warm welcome at check-in, clean and cozy room, and overall service were excellent. The location is convenient, close to popular spots around Batu Ferringhi. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Beautiful, attractive and a 4 star hotel

Everything is good. Just prepare rm3 for parking lot. Love the breakfast buffet especially indian cuisines, the staff is so friendly and helpful when I asked about it. Thus, I am able to try something new like pongal rice, idli and some sweet dessert. Thanks for the best experience.

The breakfast are superb. The cookies of course the best. My son totally having fun. Everything was good. But my room light got some of them broken. But everything was fine and pleasant

Everything was good, but some things are not my favorite. The beach is not directly connected and it wasn't even a nice beach. If you want to borrow cutlery, there's extra charge. The gym is quite hidden.

So perferct. I will be back again if travel to penang. But so sad when rain can't playing and swimming in the pool.

I booked the room with breakfast & high floor. Upon check in, I got 5th floor room & breakfast cannot confirm. I felt disappointed with app & the hotel.

I had booked a high floor deluxe room but I am given a room at 5th floor, moreover the room booked is with breakfast and the hotel cannot confirm the breakfast upon check in.

That's good in my opinion. There is a children's playground and a coloring place for children. Free hotel facilities near the beach. It's just that the beach isn't wide. Yes, but enough of playing with children.

The hotel is good, swimmingpool also clean, close to batu peringgih only 5minutes by grab.

You can access the beach using a private bridge. Love the ambiance and staff. A comfortable & pleasant place to eat.
