Great staff

Fantastic staff, very clean room, and really well maintained hotel. I was very impressed, only issue we had was the remote didn’t work well for the tv but that’s pretty minor. The breakfast provided was excellent too!! Absolutely would stay here again.

The staff was incredible!! They were extremely kind, observant, and eager to assist. Two examples: 1) We were taking the elevator down to the pool and the staff must have noticed we didn’t have any towels with us. She must have ran down the stairs and greeted us with a smile and towel for each of us. 2) We were checking out (which only gets busier with our two little kids travelling with us) and the staff members noticed we were filling up the kids water bottles. Before I could even get back, the staff member brought a small baggie with a few bottles of water. These two things made our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids loved the room, pool, hot tub and being able to take a bath in our room. The room had 100% blackout curtains which was so helpful when putting our kids to sleep before the sun goes down. The continental breakfast was fantastic as well. A consistent flow of fresh and hot food. They also had small to go bags to bring some yogurt, fruit, or bagel on the go with you. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone else to stay here, especially if you have little kids with you. Wish I could give more stars! 😁

If you’re booking for the pool, there are swimming lessons running in there ALL the time! We (myself and my 3yr old) visited the pool five different times and were limited to only a small section of the pool each time because of the swimming lessons! Super disappointing!

Pretty standard experience - could have provided 2 bottles of drinking water.

Very loud on ground floor could hear people in hallway talking all the time

Hotel is okay - dated and its age does show. We had a suite and the extra room was nice.

Priya was helpful she cleaned out room People at breakfast were very friendly and helpful The washrooms at pool were not so clean They bring kids to swimming lesson but after that the pool get very dirty so needs more care of the people specially when they get kids there from the town ( looked like to me they seem not to be hotel guest) Downstairs washroom very dirty when I had to sue it later in the evening because our own bathroom was busy

Clean room. Spacious. Private room and then open space with pullout bed. Great for Tesla owners. Tesla charging station with 12 chargers. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, pubs, pharmacies, etc. Complimentary breakfast, eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, pancakes, potatoes, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, milk, etc

The receptionist was very friendly and her service was excellent. After a long and tiring trip, being treated kindly is a must.

Excellent hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Fridge/microwave were a nice bonus. Great spacious shower, hot and perfect pressure. Parking was easy, free and safe. Easy access off highway, but not too close that it was too loud. Provided breakfast was excellent with tons of options. Area was safe, and walking to restaurants and services. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again when in the area. Highly recommend.

hot tub jets didn't work, swimming lessons were being held in the pool and we asked to stay in a small section of the pool. Breakfast was decent.
