This wasn’t a Camino Real! … I don’t even know how could you listed on Expedia, terrible rooms. And we didn’t oh you with points we should get our money back!

Emplyees are respectfull, kind and profesional.

Paid for an Executive Suite with jacuzzi .... absolutely no water pressure so the jacuzzi and the shower could not be used .... barely enough water in the sink to wash your hands ... and what very little water there was, was not hot, barely even luke warm .... Breakfast Buffet was excellant but not inexpensive .... overall a poor rating ... ... could have stayed at the Hard Rock for the same amount that we paid for the Executive Suite ....

The staff always exceeded expectations during our stay and always accommodated our requests and special requirements. The property needs a little maintenence overall. Age of the rooms are starting to show and require remodeling.

Beautiful property, just needs elevators

The place and staff was nice but the room I received was in bad conditions (chairs broken, fallen doors of the closet, staples on the mat, etc)

Finally a hotel in Mexico with a soft bed and good coffee.
