The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are friendly, but the first room I received had a strong musty smell, making it impossible to sleep, so I requested a room change and the receptionist was very helpful in changing it for me.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the room is new and nice, the manager here is OK, polite, good attitude and supports me a lot

We have had a wonderful weekend getaway at Renaissance. The view to Saigon River from the bedroom is magnificient! The breakfast were tasty and the hotel staff were super friendly and paid attention to little details.

1/ Breakfast quality: should give more option to make your own coffee according to personal taste 2/ Room quality: No comb, Shaving, USB charging cord (essential in the mobile era)

Hotel is on renovation, so the lobby doesn't look nice. However, everything was good, hotel guys are helpful and very nice. They always help my mother - who is on wheel-chair. Breakfast is really delicious and location is great.

The hotel is under renovation so it is quite annoying. However, other facilities are good -- with very good breakfast. Will come back next time.
