It's in great condition for a services hotel and they're putting money into it as well so good signs they intend to improve it. Great facilities and bar, very comfortable.

Staff were really nice. Booked online so check-in was quick and easy you do have to pay parking but only £5 extra. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Great stay and great price. Would stay again

The Wyndham Bristol West offers comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. The room was clean and spacious, and staff were polite and helpful. While the hotel is a little out of the city centre, it’s easy to reach by car and parking is available. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Check in excellent, friendly receptionist Room OK but feels like it needs an update from the last time I visited in 2024 I left an item after having checked out and when I returned to the hotel the following morning to follow up as to whether it had been found, the guy on reception was not very happy! I never heard anything back so assumed it had not been found.

Room was suffocatingly hot and the radiator had no temperature control. There was no info available on how one might lower the temperature. Patchy sleep, a very uncomfortable stay.

Dsnt have dood airport stop. On arrival was asked to pay £5 parking as we bookes tbrough you! I asked why we have never paid it before. He said ill let it go this time!

Lovely welcome at reception. Room much larger than anticipated. Bathroom ok but could do with an update or a very good clean. Shower was excellent and towels soft and large! We didnt have breakfast as was visiting family so had breakfast at theirs. Beds clean and comfortable. Maybe the mattress was a little on the soft side for me but then i do prefer a firm mattress. Overall i would definitely stay again. Not only is it very convenient for visiting family in the area but its excellent value for money and generally a great stay.

Loud beeping noise directly outside room 10 throughout the night every 15 seconds. Quite a loud room Room was OK. Food nice. Staff friendly

There was a fast loud dripping noise (behind the toilet) in the bathroom. This was none stop all night so I couldn't sleep.

Nice comfy bed & clean spacious room

Room was clean and specious.

Run down, traffic noise was so loud I thought the window was open, room cold and smelt musty.
