Todo muy bien

Rooms are very quiet and clean. The best part was breakfast “excellent”. The only problem was there was not elevator even though there were not many stairs, it could be uncomfortable for elders in case of emergency.

El personal muy amable pero el edificio está ya en muy malas condiciones, muy viejo. Aún así creo que si le dedicara un poco más a la limpieza, mantenimientos de los climas y cambio de colchones, almohadas, etc..pudiera seguir siendo un lugar recomendable sobre todo por la ubicación. El desayuno muy bueno y repito, el staff de maravilla.

We had an amazing stay, we enjoyed the pool one day, the extra day we stayed we wanted to go into the pool but the front desk agent mentioned it was under maintenance. We had decided to stay an extra night to enjoy the pool and unfortunately this happened. Typically we stay at the ONE next door, but my daughters chose Fiesta Inn for the same reason. Staff was really great and helped with giving us first floor rooms.

Breakfast was suboptimal, not enough food, plates and silverware.

AC wasn’t working properly, room temperature never cooled down, halls in hotel were apparently off AC as it felt very warm. Breakfast pricey for what it is, and considering hotel overal conditions (old, not clean enough, AC no working properly, no elevators) stay was expensive, towels were not clean enough too I saw dark spots on it.

Estuve 2 días y al hotel se le acabó el agua. No pudimos bańarnos por la noche.
