I could not do my check in at 3pm as room was not ready

The hotel and staff were excellent. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The room had wood or wood-look floors, no carpet. It had all the basic stuff, king bed, desk, TV, nice chair and ottoman, shampoo/conditioner-one, shower gel, bottle of water, and plenty of towels. No snack bar or alcohol in the room. The restaurant was first rate, but the menu was only available in Spanish. I had to ask for help to understand the menu. Help came very easily. Received a complimentary VIP beverage! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Only negative during my short stay was the bad gassy smell I woke up to. The city smells bad in the morning. Not the hotel's fault at all.

Hotel viejo, descuidado. A diferencia de otros hoteles de la cadena, esta vez nos quedamos muy insatisfechos ya que el hotel en general da la sencacion de estar viejo y sin el mantenimiento adecuado
